Before we dive too deep, there is an important thing you MUST understand! You must understand the difference between a Food Allergy and a Food Sensitivity.
Food Allergy: A food allergy is an IMMEDIATE immune response triggered by a specific food, phenolic or food substance.
Food Sensitivity / Intolerance: Food intolerance or non-allergic food sensitivity is a term used widely for varied physiological responses associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods.
It’s important to recognize the difference. We test for the DELAYED (IgG antibody) sensitivity response…not the immediate (IgE antibody) response. With an immediate allergic response it's fairly easy to know exactly what you're allergic to. We’re testing the 10-12 hour...sometimes up to 72 hour delayed immune response that patients cannot figure out on their own!

MEET THE PRACTITIONERS
Mitze Richeson
Mitze Richeson, Founder of Richeson Wellness, has been married to Dr. Micah Richeson since 1995. Together they own Cypress Creek Chiropractic and Wellness and they have a son and daughter who also help out in their clinic. Mitze works with many varying conditions, but she specializes in weight loss, gut health, functional nutrition, and bioenergetic testing. Her passion is to help her clients transform their health and their lives. That passion stems from her own personal battle with Chronic Lyme Disease and overcoming Mold Illness.
In 2012, Mitze received her Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant (CCPA) license from Cleveland University after passing the state board exam. Mitze continually stays up-to-date with the latest research to ensure her clients receive the best care possible.
Dr. Micah Richeson
Dr. Micah T. Richeson is a third-generation chiropractor with many years of experience in treating the human body, having practiced since September of 2000. He opened Cypress Creek Chiropractic and Wellness in 2008 and has helped thousands of patients regain a better quality of life since being under his care.
Driven by his passion for family and pediatric care, Dr. Richeson focuses on a whole-body approach to wellness and nutrition, offering comprehensive chiropractic care and providing holistic treatments that promote overall well-being. He works alongside his wife, Mitze Richeson. Together, they strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients and their community.
